Initial Booking Consultation      30-90 minutes
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork,
answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while
discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your
pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48
hours prior to service.

Regular Visit        Approx 30 Minutes
Our most popular choice. Good for many multiple pet homes,
supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will
require 2 regular visits per day.   Cats are best with 1 visit
per day. Daily visits to your house also include medications
(when required), bring in mail and newspapers,water indoor
plants, rotate blinds and alternate lights.

Value Visit         Approx 15 Minutes
Short visits can be used as a quick walk or potty break,
litter box cleaning, easy keeper care, or even a 3rd
feeding.

Special Service Time
Time waiting for service companies, emergency vet visits,
etc.

Important Terms
Payment is due in full at initial consultation. With prior
permission you may leave a check in full and the signed &
completed Service Request Form at the first visit.
However, a $2 service charge per day may be charged or
service suspended if you forget either item.

Two copies of all keys required to access your home (and
pet!) should be given to Best Friend during the initial
consultation. If you are giving newly copied keys, we ask
that you MAKE CERTAIN TO TEST ALL KEYS TO SEE
THAT THEY WORK before giving them to the pet care
provider.

If you would rather have your keys picked up and returned
to you a $10 fee will apply for each trip made to your home

A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due
before each service start.

Refunds & Cancellations
Holiday        Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
0-48 Hrs        Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
2-7 Days        20% of Service total is due (80% refund)
8+ Days        No charge, refund in full

Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested.
If your pet or home needs more time then scheduled, it will be
added as needed and billed to you. Normal yard pickup, watering
and other average tasks are included in base price. Extra time or
more difficult tasks are $7 extra per 15 minutes.
